i dont understand, does the half circle skirt join at the back or do you make 2 panels?

can we ignore the fractions in the half circle formula? also does this design require a zip? Because the dress im making has a bodice with a open end zip in the back, so the skirt connects to the bodice just under the zip and then the waistband goes ontop Im using poplin for the skirt so it isnt that stretchy

dearest La Modeliste, thank you for sharing; I have a question about the sleeve pattern; after drafting I think you forgot the Arm Circumference and elbow circumference and deduct/put 1" in from the underarm line and connected to the arm-pit. After I followed you in each drafting technique my sleeve pattern is too wide down from elbow circumference; what shall I do, may I follow the circumferences measurement or do as you did? Thanks again.
